A cozy bed inviting you to climb in, a table set to host your closest friends, it’s all about stories we can create.

In my current role at Macy’s, I help tell the story of one of America’s most iconic brands.

As the Art Director for Macy’s Home and Toy categories, I’m tasked with creating a visual narrative that will elevate our product so we can compete with all of the beautiful brands in today’s Home Retail Market.

Before working at Macy’s I was witness to the merger of two pillars of the furniture industry, Herman Miller and Knoll.

I spent my last year with the company working as the Senior Creative Designer of MillerKnoll’s retail brands. I was responsible for the graphic systems at the brick and mortar locations of our three retail brands, Herman Miller, Design Within Reach, and HAY North America. I also had the opportunity to conceptualize and execute the first physical expression of the new MillerKnoll brand identity at our retail headquarters in Connecticut.

I shifted to a team at MillerKnoll after seven years as the Senior Designer for Design Within Reach.

My experience at DWR is hard to summarize, over those years I produced such a high volume of work and covered all areas of the business. It was a career growing experience for me and at the same time DWR evolved greatly around me.

Before moving into Retail, my foundation was set working on design systems in branding studios. I spent five years with Alexander Isley at his studio in Connecticut, exploring an exciting variety of client and project types.

My professional career started at a small design firm followed by a year freelancing with the US Tennis Association and other clients. That work opened the door to everything I do today.
